1.Shipping Methods We Offer:

DHL,TNT, UPS, Fedex etc. All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 3-7 days after it was shipped.
We are shipping worldwide. If you can not find your country when check out, please contact us. 

2. Delivery time:
Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time
Standard delivery: Within 25 days (From May to Dec)
Around 25-30 days (From Jan to April), Production time will be longer during peak season.
Rush delivery:Within 10-20 days.
If you need the dress urgently, please let us know your party date, we will put your order on our prior schedule and insure you receive it on time.
For some styles with complicated structure, beading and hand work, it may take a few more days for processing.

3.Shipping Fee:
Our shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order and the country the dresses will be shipped to.
For Countries: US, UK, Canada, Australia，Mexico，France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy,Spain, Sweden, Netherlands，Japan, South Korea

Note: We do not reimburse the customs duty charged by the country in which the customer is located. If there is a possibility that your country will charge customs duties, please state when you reply to the confirmation email. If there are any customs duties, please bear them by yourself.

4.Note:
(1) After you understand the information above, you will better know how long it takes to get a dress. So we suggest you write a note or send us an e-mail to inform us of the date you want when you place an order. Then we can arrange the production better, and let you receive the dress as soon as possible.
(2) Once your order has been sent out, the shipping address can not be changed. So if you want to change the shipping address, please inform us as soon as possible. If you have to change the address, we can help you contact the express company, but it will incur costs, which will be borne by the customer.
(3) We will inform you of the tracking number after delivery, and you can check and track the order on the official website.
